Label Position Verification

To inspect for the presence, positioning and orientation of label on a bottle of shaving gel

Bottles of shaving gel are conveyed past the PresencePLUS Pro camera, which verifies that the label is present and positioned correctly.

Using the Edge and Measure tools, the PresencePLUS Pro measures the distance from the top of the label to the neck of the bottle in two locations, verifying height and straightness; it also measures the distance from one side of the label to the side of the bottle, verifying side-to-side location, depending on the shape of the bottle.
