To map wafers in a wafer cassette

Description

As the wafer cassette on an elevator moves up and down, the narrow beam of the M12 laser emitter and Q23 receiver map the wafers. The M12 emitter's aperature is modified with a 0.5 mm horizontal slot to ensure the wafer completely blocks the beam.
