Packaging Inspection for Instruction Card

To verify the presence of an instruction card on top of products in an open carton

Cartons are conveyed past the PresencePLUS P4 GEO sensor, which inspects for the presence of a printed instruction card. The P4 GEO sensor determines when a card is missing and issues a reject command to the packaging machine.

A MINI-BEAM2 sensor in opposed mode acts as a trigger.
