To verify the presence of a coupon attached to a bottle cap

When the MINI-BEAM 2 trigger sensor detects the leading edge of a bottle, the PresencePLUS P4 GEO vision sensor captures and analyzes an image of the bottle cap to verify that a coupon is attached.

The inspection sensor is mounted on an adjustable arm, allowing many different bottle sizes to run on the same inspection line. Using a convergent MINI-BEAM2 sensor as a trigger allows bottles to pass the inspection point with no gap between them.
