Counting Dropping Parts with an LS Sensor

Count hardware as it exits a vibratory feeder

Description

The LS Series sensor counts hardware coming off a vibratory feeder. The output of the LS10 receiver includes a 5-millisecond pulse stretcher (off-delay) to improve count accuracy. Successive parts must be separated by at least 10 milliseconds. Minimum object detection size is 5.6 mm.
