To verify that the correct number of vials are packaged into shipping cartons
Description
To confirm the quantity of filled vials packaged into cartons, a PresencePLUS Pro vision sensor mounted directly over the vial carton takes an image of the vial caps and then, using the Pattern Count inspection tool, verifies that the correct number of vials are in each shipping carton.
