Board Thickness Measurement

To measure thickness at three points across the width of a sheet of plywood

Three pairs of L-GAGE LG series sensors are set up across a sheet of laminate. Each sensor determines the thickness at its location by subtracting the distance from the sensor to the plywood from the distance between the pair of sensors: T = F - (A+B), where A is the top distance, B is the bottom distance, and F is the fixed distance between the sensors in each pair.
