Indicating Pump Panel Status

This pump panel monitors the status of a pump on a factory floor. It is essential to the continued operation of the factory that employees are able to quickly and easily verify the operation of the pump panel and its corresponding pump. It would be inefficient for employees to perform status checks by manually opening the panel door on a regular basis. A solution is needed that will clearly indicate the status of the pump panel, even from a distance.

An EZ-LIGHT TL50 Tower Light is mounted on top of the pump panel to communicate the status of the pump. The highly visible Tower Light allows employees to quickly check the panel, without needing to open the panel door. Multiple lights can be on simultaneously, so several messages can be conveyed at once, and the audible alert provides indication that the pump is overheating and immediate attention is required. To increase visibility throughout the factory, the indicator is elevated using standoff pipe and adaptors.
