To verify that a washer reservoir cap is present and within acceptable rotational limits
Washer reservoir caps are assembled onto the washer reservoir. Using the remote TEACH function, the PresencePLUS P4 GEO’s Geometric Count tool learns the correct pattern of the graphic within the correct range of orientation on the cap. One Geometric Count tool is used to verify the correct logo and determine the orientation of the cap.
A VTB Verification Touch Button acts as a trigger, and an EZ-LIGHT K50 indicates when the reservoir is properlty placed in the inspection station.
