Board Warp Detection with a Laser Sensor
To detect boards warped beyond a specified tolerance
Description
The L-GAGE LG short-distance laser sensor measures the distance to the top of each board conveyed past the sensor. The LG outputs a reject signal if the measured distance falls outside of the preset sensing window.
