Blister Pack Inspection

Because of tightened federal regulations that make the quality of pharmaceutical packaging increasingly
critical, when tablets are inserted into a blister pack, manufacturers need to verify that all the blisters in a
pack have been filled with unbroken tablets.

To verify each blister in the pack, use an iVu Series sensor configured for an Area inspection. The sensor
inspects each blister pack to make sure that each blister contains an unbroken tablet.
