Label Detection on Wire Spools
To detect a label anywhere on the end of a spool of wire
Description
PresencePLUS P4 GEO sensors inspect each quadrant of the spool for a red label. If any P4 GEO sensor finds the label, the spool is accepted and moves to the next station.
An opposed mode MINI-BEAM 2 sensor in opposed mode is used as a trigger.
