Web Thickness Control

To measure the thickness of webbing

Description

The U-GAGE Q45UR analog remote ultrasonic sensor is configured to recognize the acceptable range of thickness of the webbing. If the thickness is outside this range, the controller outputs a signal to the machine to adjust the material thickness. The sensor can sense a difference as small as 0.1 mm.
