Stack Height Measurement

To verify that the proper number of boards are stacked in a bundle

Description

The Q45UR Series controller is configured by teaching the U-GAGE M18 remote sensor a "good" stack and setting the range of acceptable stack heights, using the controller’s setup switches. Stacks with too many or too few boards are automatically marked on one side with a shot of spray paint.
