To detect crooked or missing caps on spray cans

Description

To ensure that the caps on spray cans are fully seated, the line operator uses the DIP switches on the U-GAGE Q45UR controller to determine the acceptable cap position. The S18 remote sensor detects cap position, regardless of color. The controller outputs a signal to the line to reject a can if the sensor detects a cap that is higher than normal (crooked) or missing.
