Retail Traffic Assessment with a Wireless Network

To track how many people pass through an aisle in a grocery story

Description

Tracking the number of people who pass given points in a grocery store helps management evaluate the effectiveness of product placement and advertising. Using a FlexPower Node with a MINI-BEAM sensor provides discrete, peel-and-stick monitoring and counting. The system can be moved around the store to assess retail traffic and optimal store layout. The data is sent to the Gateway located in the management offices.
