Review
A radio is a device which transmits and receives signals without the use of wires. It consists of a transmitter element, a receiver element and antennas to broadcast the signal.

Two methods are used to transmit the radio signal, narrow band and spread spectrum. The method we're concerned with here is the spread spectrum method, specifically frequency hopping spread spectrum (FHSS) as this method performs better in a high interference environment.
