QM42 Vibration & Temperature Series - Wireless
QM42 Vibration & Temperature Series - Wireless

The QM42VT Vibration and Temperature Sensor makes it easy to monitor a machine's health. It measures RMS velocity and temperature so that problems can be detected before they become too severe and cause additional damage or result in unplanned downtime. Paired with a Banner wireless Node, it can provide local indication, wirelessly send the signal to a central location, and send the vibration and temperature data to the Gateway for collection and trending.

In today's competitive environments, unplanned downtime is something that manufacturers simply cannot afford. However, without the right tools monitoring machines for small performance changes, it can be quite difficult, especially machines in remote locations.

That's where Banner's wireless vibration monitoring comes in designed as a check engine light. Banner's vibration and temperature sensors work with multiple Banner wireless nodes to provide early detection of equipment failure before they become severe.

Once a temperature of vibration threshold has been exceeded, the Q45VT provides local indication and the signal can be sent to the TL70 tower light and central location where an email or text alert can be sent to notify a supervisor. The vibration and temperature data can also be sent to a DXM100 wireless controller of a PLC for collection and analysis.

Predictive maintenance made easy with Banner's wireless vibration sensor solutions.
