Compatible Sensor Nodes

Part of making installation easy is eliminating the need to run cables between devices on your equipment. The Asset Monitoring Gateways with CLOUD ID are built to connect to up to 40 of Banner’s wireless condition monitoring sensors. These sensor nodes are battery powered and can monitor a variety of points such as vibration, temperature, humidity, level, pressure, and current.

No Programming Necessary

All Asset Monitoring Gateways with CLOUD ID are preconfigured to automatically begin processing data from the sensor nodes that you bind to the gateway. There is no need to connect a laptop and program anything. The gateway automatically identifies the sensor node type (e.g., vibration, humidity, distance measurement) so that it may be tagged correctly when sent to the cloud.

Optional Cellular Connectivity

All gateways found in our Asset Monitoring Gateway with CLOUD ID come with a cellular modem. While the default communication interface is the Ethernet port, which allows for a no-cost connection to your local network, the cellular modem can be used if connecting to that network is either inaccessible or not allowed due to company IT policies.
