Logic no longer needs a PLC or a cabinet. Expanding on Banner’s Remote I/O line, the DXMR50 Logic Block combines flexible I/O and configurable control in a single, sealed block that brings logic out of the cabinet and into the field. Basic logic and arithmetic functions like AND, OR, counting, and analog summing or difference can all be run directly on machines and easily deployed using free configuration software—no enclosure, no DIN rail, no panel wiring, and no complicated programming required. 

The plug-and-play design requires no configuration and is ready to run right away, saving time during commissioning. During deployment, standard 4-pin M12 connections install faster and easier than flying leads. The compact 50 millimeter size fits into tight spaces along conveyor frames, helping keep connectivity neat where real estate is at a premium. LEDs on both sides of the block provide quick, clear diagnostics, allowing the block to be mounted in either direction. Additionally, the fully sealed housing allows the R50 ZPA Control Module to be deployed in many different environments.
