Logic that Runs in the Field
Expanding on Banner’s Remote I/O line, DXMR50 Logic Blocks combine flexible I/O options and configurable control in a single, sealed block that brings logic out of the cabinet and into the field. Basic logic and arithmetic functions like AND, OR, counting, and analog summing or difference can all be run directly on machines and easily deployed using free configuration software—no enclosure, no DIN rail, no panel wiring, and no complicated programming required.
With nine model configurations combining discrete, analog (0–10 Vdc or 4–20 mA), and Modbus I/O, Logic Blocks can be matched to specific sensor, actuator, and system requirements. IP67/IP68 protection and M12 connectors support direct installation in demanding environments and tight spaces, while onboard diagnostic LEDs simplify setup and troubleshooting.
