Konveyörlerde Acil Durum İndikasyonu
Konveyörlerde acil durumlara işaret etmek ve konveyörleri hemen kapatmak için Banner’ın RP-LS42 emniyet halatı çekilerek bilgi verilir. Acil durumda halat çekildiğinde, tam olarak nerede çekildiğini saptamak zor olduğundan halatın nerede çekildiğine dair indikasyon sağlanması için K30 indikatör ışığı kullanılabilir. Bu sayede acil durumun nerede yaşandığına hızla ve kolayca indikasyon sağlanır; bu sayede normal çalışma düzenine olabildiğince çabuk dönülebilir.
Acil Stop (merkeze monte edilen halatın çekilmesi)
Halat konveyör boyunca uzanır, böylece operatör konveyörü durdurmak için halatı istediği noktasından tutup çekerek, konveyörü anında durdurabilir.
