Bir oto güneşlik üreticisi, markanın montajcısına göndermeden önce her bir güneşliğin güvenlik etiketinin üzerinde Data Matrix UV barkodlarının basılı olduğunu kontrol etmesi gerekiyordu. Müşteri, görünmez 2D Data Matrix barkodu izlenebilir olması ve hata tespiti yapılması amacıyla okumak; bu verileri Ethernet IP üzerinden PLC'ye göndermek için Banner ile iletişime geçti.

iVu BCR barkod okuyucusu, paletleri yüklendikçe tarar ve paletlerin eksiksiz olup olmadığını kontrol eder. Bu sayede operatörlerin, dolu paletin hangi kamyona veya depo konumuna yönlendirileceğini bilmeleri sağlanır. iVu BCR barkod okuyucusu paleti doğruladıktan sonra, palet ya depolama için depoya ya da sevk edilmek için yükleme bölümüne götürülür. QR Kod Okumak için Vision Sensörünün Kullanımı [Başarı Hikayeleri]

UV Barcodes for Traceability

It can be difficult and expensive to stop robotic operations to configure and monitor the barcode inspection process. An iVu BCR barcode reader with remote display can be mounted up to 16 m (50 feet) away from the sensor for remote monitoring and troubleshooting while the robot is in operation.
Barcode Presence and Rotation
A leading pharmaceutical manufacturer produces a diverse range of medical products. Many of their products are individually packaged in sealed pouches. Each pouch has a 1D barcode encoding the product’s identification. Before the product can be shipped the company must validate that the correct barcode is on the pouch and verify that the package is correctly aligned for heat sealing.
Pharmaceutical Insert Verification
An iVu BCR sensor is mounted 8-12 inches above a conveyor of boxed pill bottles containing a medical information insert. The iVu BCR industrial bar code scanner reads a data matrix code on the insert to verify it matches the product on the packaging line. When a box containing an incorrect insert or no insert at all moves past the iVu BCR inspection area, the iVu detects this fail condition and sends an output alarm to the production line.
