ONE COST-EFFECTIVE DEVICE FOR RAPID DEPLOYMENT
The Q45THA and Q45PS combine a sensor, wireless node, and battery power supply in one compact and completely wireless device that costs less than purchasing the sensor and node separately. The all-in-one single-piece design eliminates the time, labor, and expense of installing separate sensors and nodes—a significant advantage for large-scale deployments.
DATA-DRIVEN DECISION MAKING
Use Q45 Series all-in-one sensors with a DXM Series wireless controller and Cloud Data Services software to create a complete, end-to-end IIoT solution. The software provides users with tools to analyze and visualize sensor data collected over time. Use this data to make informed decisions about operations, equipment, and assets. This web-based platform can be accessed anywhere at any time using an internet-connected device.
THE VERSATILITY TO SOLVE ANY APPLICATION
All-in-one wireless sensors make it easy to monitor and collect data from a single point or multiple points on critical systems or environments throughout a facility. Users can deploy and redeploy a single all-in-one sensor multiple times or deploy multiple all-in-one sensors in a network.
BRACKET KIT SIMPLIFIES INSTALLATION
The Q45VA Bracket was designed to provide not only the power and capabilities of the Q45VA all-in-one vibration and temperature sensor and wireless node, but also three different mounting options to allow you to easily select the best mode of installation for your application. This includes a Q45VA vibration and temperature sensor and wireless node, a magnetic bracket, and a non-magnetic bracket, to give you flexibility in your selection of a permanent, semi-permanent, or portable installation.
The Q45PS measures air, gas, and fluid pressure. It can be used to monitor systems and equipment in a variety of applications, including:
- Pneumatic systems
- Hydraulic systems
- Cooling systems
- HVAC systems
- Supply systems (tank level monitoring measuring head pressure)
- Leak detection
The Q45THA can be used to monitor environmental conditions in a wide range of applications, including:
- Energy and facility management
- Data centers and server rooms
- Warehouses and storage facilities
- Greenhouses and agricultural settings
