Wireless Kits

The Production Performance Monitoring (PPM) Kit is a self-contained, wireless throughput monitoring application kit. It allows facilities to increase process awareness and efficiency with a standardized method for monitoring performance. The preconfigured kit comes with a DXM1200 Controller and one Q45 all-in-one sensor node or a TL70 Node.

• Calculates line performance by comparing the actual line throughput to a user-defined ideal rate
  
• Allows up to 47 battery-powered Q45 all-in-one photoelectric sensor nodes or wireless TL70 Tower Light Nodes for counting up to 960 parts per minute
• Calculates the parts-per-minute rate for each sensor and gives the instantaneous rate and a daily averaged rate
• Determines the line status (running, slow, or stopped) based on user-defined throughput rates; tracks changes of event and monitors length of events
• Has user-configured alert settings for extended slow or stopped conditions
• Pushes data to Banner’s Cloud Data Services for remote viewing, generating automatic dashboards, generating alerts, and logging data. Includes 90-day trial of services
• Allows the upgrade of facility’s existing sensors with wireless communications using a TL70 node and S15 adapter
• Available in 900MHz and 2.4 GHz radio frequencies and in diffuse or retroreflective sensing modes
