Rugged metal sensor detects objects that pass between the opposed-mode emitter and receiver.

An SLM series slot sensor and an iVu Series vision sensorare used to detect bottles passing on the line and to verify that date/lot codes have been correctly printed onto the bottles.
Comptage de seringues avec une fourche optique
Dans cette application, les seringues semi-transparentes ont été orientées dans un bol vibrant (non illustré) et sont transportées sur un rail en préparation à l'étape suivante d'assemblage et de conditionnement. La fourche optique SLM de Banner convient parfaitement à cette application car le boîtier du capteur est équipé d'un émetteur et d'un récepteur de chaque côté de la fourche, ce qui crée un faisceau de détection en mode barrière parfaitement aligné au centre duquel passent les seringues.
