Nœuds Q45 pour la maintenance prédictive

Q45 Series 1-wire serial nodes are preconfigured to work with Banner's 1-wire serial sensors, simplifying setup and deployment. Their compact size, integrated lithium batteries, and variety of compatible sensors make remote monitoring easy.

  • The Q45VT3 multihop radio connects to a QM30VT3 sensor (sold separately), allowing sensor mounting on the motor or other equipment and remotely locating the radio when space is constrained
  • The Wireless Q45UPSD Universal Pressure Node is compatible with all Banner pressure transducers and has a quick-disconnect port for fast hookup.
  • The Q45VTP works with the QM30VT1 Vibration and Temperature Sensor to monitor a variety of vibration characteristics on rotating equipment for preventative maintenance applications; available in AA- and D-cell battery power supplies
  • The Q45TH connects directly to the M12FTHQ Temperature and Humidity Sensor to monitor environmental conditions in a broad range of applications
  • The Q45U is a universal 1-Wire Serial Node that reads any of Banner's 1-Wire Serial Sensors such as the K50U Ultrasonic Level Sensor for distance and level monitoring applications
  • Use with Cloud Data Services cloud software platform to create an end-to-end IIoT solution that will help you identify and resolve problems more quickly and make better, data-driven decisions
  • The Wireless Q45DPSD Differential Pressure Sensor measures the differential between the high and low side of a pneumatic system, such as air flow through a filter
