Tamper-Proof Seal Detection

To accurately sense the leading or trailing edge of clear safety seals for application over bottle caps

The SLC1 label sensor reliably detects the presence of most label types, including clear labels on either opaque or clear backing. Registration accuracy of +/-0.3 mm is typical at label web speeds of up to 1.5 m per second.

The sensor's Adaptive Digital Logic (ADL) provides self-learning capability. The SLC1 also provides continuous automatic internal adjustment of sensing threshold and drift compensation.
