To determine the center of a wafer on a robotic arm

Description

Three D12 sensors determine the center of a wafer on a robotic arm. As each beam is broken, the system controller reads the output. The robot encoder information is also available to the controller. The controller analyzes the outputs from the sensors and determines the location of the wafer on the robot arm.
