Compact IO-Link Master Provides IIoT Connectivity with Ethernet and PROFINET

Industrial automation manufacturer, Banner Engineering, has introduced the DXMR90-4K IO-Link Master, now available globally. This small-form-factor, stackable controller device collects data from any factory sensors or machines that transmit signals using IO-Link.

The DXMR90-4K receives IO-Link signals from four available M12 ports and outputs a consolidated data stream directly to cloud platforms, PLCs, SCADA systems, or HMIs. This process and diagnostic data can be transmitted via Ethernet IP, Modbus TCP/IP, and PROFINET.

This IO-Link Master is a part of Banner’s Snap Signal™ smart-factory series, designed to provide manufacturers with an easy way to capture comprehensive intelligence about their equipment and processes.
