Zero Pressure Accumulation (ZPA) Mode
In ZPA mode, each zone is operates independently to maintain gaps between products. A discrete signal from a sensor tells the first zone when to move. After the sensor is clear, the zone behind it is allowed to move. Then other upstream zones move in turn.
Constant Flow
Slug Release Mode
In Slug Release mode, zones are released simultaneously to create a continuous flow of product. A discrete signal from a sensor tells the first zone when to move and sensor zone control logic is ignored
