    在生產線終點，完成包裝的箱子放上棧板，準備出貨。必須嚴格調節完成包裝的箱子進入棧板裝載機的流量，及完成裝載的棧板離開本區等待發貨的流量，以防生產線減速和停機。確認進入系統的空棧板存在與否及其位置。打棧板機、輸送帶和其他設備必須受到安全保護，以免工作人員發生事故或受到傷害。  

    Banner產品在生產線終端解決問題。有延遲定時器開/關功能的Banner感測器可監測和調節裝滿的箱子，進入組裝和棧板裝載區域的流量。  Banner 安全光幕保護棧板進料區和組裝完成的棧板的出庫區，並保護所有到棧板裝載機的接入點。E-Stop急停開關 部署在整個棧板裝載區，沿著輸送帶的拉繩開關讓員工能在緊急情況下關閉裝置。安全控制器簡化和中央管理所有部署的安全裝置。
