3-Axis Vibration Sensors
Banner’s 3-Axis Vibration Monitoring enables predictive maintenance, real-time alerts, and flexible deployment options for easy downtime prevention.
Whether you choose a 2-axis or 3-axis solution, modern vibration sensors continuously measure machine vibration across one or more axes—typically capturing parameters like velocity (RMS or peak), acceleration, kurtosis, and crest factor at bandwidths reaching into the kilohertz range.
By mounting them near critical components (e.g., motor bearings), these sensors accurately detect early signs of unbalance, misalignment, bearing wear, and other mechanical issues. Data is collected in real time and can be accessed via standard protocols such as RS-485 Modbus or through wireless connectivity, providing maintenance teams with actionable insights for proactive machine health monitoring.

QM30VT Series vibration and temperature sensors offer exceptional levels of accuracy to detect even slight changes in machine health and performance, enabling early identification of potential problems.
Arrange column order by dragging and dropping the column header left/right with your mouse.
Sort items in a column by ascending values by clicking the table header once. Click a second time to sort by descending order. Click a third time to remove the sorting for that column.
Shift-click additional column headers to sort by multiple attributes. The first column you sort becomes the primary sort, and each Shift-clicked column adds a secondary level of sorting.
