Q20-2 Series Compact Sensor

The compact, rectangular, universal housing of the Q20-2 Sensor is designed for manufacturing around the globe. Industry standard 3 millimeter mounting holes on 25.4 millimeter spacing simplify mounting, both on new builds and by using existing mounting holes when retrofitting equipment.

  • Polarized retroreflective photoelectric sensor detects targets up to 5 m, independent of object color, and is ideal for detecting dark and shiny objects 
    • Best-in-class optical-to-mechanical alignment for consistent lock-and-load mounting 
    • Visible red LEDs simplify precision alignment 
    • Models are available with single-turn gain potentiometer and/or Light Operate/Dark Operate switch for on-sensor adjustments 
  • Infrared laser measurement sensor has best-in-class range, using time-of-flight technology to consistently and reliably detect targets up to 3 m away 
    • Visible red alignment LED expedites and simplifies setup, and can be switched on and off 
    • IO-Link® streamlines control system integration and provides easy access to measurement values, delay timers, and advanced diagnostics 
    • PulsePro output allows direct integration with Banner Pro lighting for real-time visual feedback without a PLC
