선별 순서 표시 및 선별 확인
용기 양쪽 랙에 EZ-LIGHT PVA Pick To Light 센서 한 쌍이 장착되어 있습니다. 공정 프로세서에서 보낸 신호에 응답해 PVA가 켜져 조립자에게 다음으로 선별해야 할 부품을 알려줍니다. 조립자의 손이 용기 안으로 들어가 빠져나오면 컨트롤러는 해당 부품을 선별했다고 인식하고 선별 순서의 다음 용기에 해당하는 PVA를 점등합니다.
Pick-to-Light 솔루션
Several technologies and solutions are available for bin-picking applications for error-proofing processes. Light arrays prompt the operator for part selection with integral job lights, then reliably sense retrieval of the part, using an array of visible red or infrared sensing beams located in front of the bin.
자동차 조립 시 부품 분리 확인
자동차 조립 플랜트에서는 일명 수류탄 핀이라고 하는 임시 핀이 일시적으로 일부 부품을 연결하는 데 사용됩니다. 수류탄 핀을 분리했는지 확인하기 위해 검사 스테이션에는 EZ-LIGHT PVA pick-to-light 센서가 장착된 핀용 용기가 있습니다.
