Customize dashboards and widgets to view your connected device data. Visually display data from all your gateways with Graphs, Icons, Gauges, etc.
Note: If you are using an Auto-Discovery Kit, or a Vibe-IQ application guide, your DXM will automatically create a basic dashboard when it connects to CDS. Otherwise, you will need to create your own dashboard using the steps below.
Creating a Dashboard
Go to the Dashboards button on the left menu
Click the Add New Dashboard in the upper right corner of the page
Fill out the New Dashboard Pop-Up box:
First enter the Dashboard Name
Next, pick the Company from the drop-down list.
Enter the Canvas Title which will be displayed at the top of the dashboard
Select a Background Color or a Background Image
Set the width and height, in pixels, for the dashboard canvas
Click Save
Adding to a Dashboard
On the new dashboard, select Unlock Dashboard.
Then select Add New Dashboard Item.
Select the type of Dashboard Item you want, enter the information requested, and click Save.
Resize the Dashboard Item by pulling its corners or move it by dragging across the dashboard canvas. Then either add another dashboard Item or select Lock Dashboard.
Use the options at the top of the dashboard to select or deselect auto-refresh mode and select the time range for the dashboard data to display.
