When you Arrive
You will be required to provide a credit card for personal hotel expenses. Personal expenses include laundry service, telephone calls, bar charges, gift shop items, room service, movies and room costs outside the nights covered by the event.

Do not contact the hotel directly to confirm or make your hotel reservations as this may result in a duplicate reservation and/or higher room rate.
Transportation to/from the hotel is your responsibility. A rental car is not necessary or recommended. Taking an Uber/Lyftis cost-effective and efficient.
- By Uber/Lyft: Cost approximately $30 - $45
- By car: Traveling by car via MN-5W, I-494W and US-169S to Canterbury Rd (exit 112) is typically the fastest route. It's approximately 25 miles from the airport to the hotel. Parking is free.
