When you Arrive

You will be required to provide a credit card for personal hotel expenses. Personal expenses include laundry service, telephone calls, bar charges, gift shop items, room service, movies and room costs outside the nights covered by the event.

Do not contact the hotel directly to confirm or make your hotel reservations as this may result in a duplicate reservation and/or higher room rate.

Transportation

Transportation to/from the hotel is your responsibility. A rental car is not necessary or recommended. Taking an Uber/Lyft is cost-effective and efficient.

  • By Uber/Lyft: Cost approximately $25 - $40
  • By Car: The resort is approximately 14 miles (20 minutes) from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The fastest route is typically via Loop 202 East to Loop 101 North, exiting at Talking Stick Way/Indian Bend Road. Complimentary self-parking and valet parking are available at the resort.

By registering for participation in the Banner Sales Kickoff (“Event”), organized by Banner Engineering Corp, you, acknowledge and agree that participation may involve physical activities that could result in risk to personal injury, illness, or damage to personal property. You voluntarily accept and assume all risks related to your participation in the Event and am in good physical health and assume all risks. You understand that Banner Engineering Corp, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliated companies do not have control over independent contractors that provide services including, but not limited to the people, equipment or operations of any transportation company, hotel, restaurant or other persons or entities furnishing services, activities or accommodations. In consideration of your participation in this Event, you agree to hold Banner Engineering Corp harmless from any injury, damage, loss, expense, inconvenience arising out of my participation in the Event, except to the extent such injury, damage, loss, expense, inconvenience is caused by the respective sole negligence or willful misconduct of Banner Engineering Corp. Additionally, by participating in the Event, you grant Banner Engineering Corp permission to capture, use, and publish photographs, videos, or other media of you during the event for internal communication, promotional materials, or any other lawful purpose related to the company’s business without the need for additional compensation, royalty or other fees for the use of your likeness, prior to its use.
