Mount Directly on Machines
The RSr can be mounted directly on a machine without needing an additional protective enclosure. Its compact, rugged IP65/IP67 housing is designed to provide protection against dust and water ingress while reducing long distance cable runs and freeing up cabinet space. Built-in though-hole mounting and an optional mounting bracket provide the options needed for secure mounting across a wide range of industrial applications.
Install Easily and Troubleshoot Quickly
Installing the RSr is easy. Identifying status is convenient. With M12 connectors for all inputs and outputs, the RSr requires no specialized wiring skills for connecting. Once connected, its on-board LEDs provide immediate indication of to power, fault, and input/output status. There is nothing to program and no DIP switches to understand and configure.
Highest Safety Levels
The RSr provides up to Category 4 / PL e and SIL 3 performance with compatible dual-channel OSSD devices. Its redundant, self-monitoring relay design eliminates the need for a separate EDM circuit, simplifying safety circuit design and reducing wiring.
Two models support either integration with an existing safety control system or a simpler standalone safety circuit with reset handled at the relay. The Trip model is well suited for applications where reset is controlled by a safety controller or safety PLC. The Latch model provides reset capability near the relay itself, allowing OSSD safety devices and a reset button to connect directly to the RSr without an additional safety controller.

How-to: Advanced Table Functionality
Arrange column order by dragging and dropping the column header left/right with your mouse.
Sort items in a column by ascending values by clicking the table header once. Click a second time to sort by descending order. Click a third time to remove the sorting for that column.
Shift-click additional column headers to sort by multiple attributes. The first column you sort becomes the primary sort, and each Shift-clicked column adds a secondary level of sorting.
