Counting Tinted Bottles
To count clear or green transparent plastic PETE bottles from one side of a production line
Description
Transparent green plastic bottles must be sensed from one side of a production line.
The VS1 sensor is aimed at the threaded necks of the bottles; because the neck plastic is thicker than other parts of the bottle, the neck is the most reflective surface.
The sensor's high power provides an accurate, reliable count of up to six bottles per second, for both clear and green bottles.
