Diffusori
Un diffusore fornisce un'illuminazione uniforme su un'area concentrata. Se correttamente posizionati, i diffusori sono in grado di creare ombre e bagliori in modo da consentire ai sensori di visione di rilevare la presenza o l'assenza di una caratteristica specifica.
- Crea ombre per rilevare le variazioni di profondità
- Illumina specifici angoli della superficie
- Elimina il riverbero prodotto da superfici riflettenti se rivolto in direzione inclinata lontano dall'ottica
- Illumina a distanze superiori a 304 mm circa (12")
- Realizzati con dimensioni dell'illuminatore di 62 x 62 mm, 70 x 70 mm o 80 x 80 mm, con tensione di alimentazione 24 Vcc
- Disponibile nelle versioni a infrarossi o con luce visibile rossa, bianca, blu o verde UV 365 (nm) o UV 395 (nm)

Ispezione dei colori dei beccucci versatori
Un sensore di visione PresencePLUS P4 COLOR OMNI ispeziona i beccucci versatori applicati alle bottiglie di detergente. Il sensore verifica che il beccuccio sia presente, correttamente applicato e dello stesso colore della bottiglia. Mediante una staffa speciale il diffusore viene posizionato con un'inclinazione che massimizza il contrasto e la visibilità del colore.
Ispezione di scatole portafusibili nel settore automotive
Un sensore di visione PresencePLUS COLOR Pro ispeziona i fusibili colorati in una scatola portafusibili per verificare che ciascuno si trovi nella posizione corretta.
Rilevamento di difetti nello stampaggio a iniezione di materie plastiche
Un dispositivo PresencePLUS P4 OMNI 1.3 ad alta risoluzione montato sopra una linea di produzione ispeziona i componenti dello sterzo dopo che sono stati stampati. Il dispositivo P4 OMNI identifica le aree in cui il materiale è in eccesso o insufficiente.
Ispezione della tappatura e del livello di riempimento
Man mano che le bottiglie avanzano su un nastro trasportatore ad alta velocità, un sensore PresencePLUS P4 COLOR OMNI verifica che ogni bottiglia sia completamente riempita e assicura che il tappo sia correttamente inserito e del colore corretto. Il diffusore doppio crea il contrasto ottimale richiesto per l'ispezione.
