Rilevamento della rottura del filo di saldatura con una coppia di sensori a fibra ottica
Una coppia di sensori a fibra ottica in modalità emettitore/ricevitore è posizionata sotto il filo di saldatura. Quando il filo si rompe, cade interrompendo il raggio e attivando un'uscita impulsiva one-shot regolabile. Questa applicazione non richiede il posizionamento coerente del filo di saldatura.

The DF-G2 amplifier has a fast response speed and can detect extremely small sizes, such as 3 mm tablets or pills. When the tablets fall into bottles, it fires an output to the DF-G2 fiber amplifier, which keeps count of tablets.
