液体薬剤の検査に使用するLEDライト [成功事例]
あるグローバルなヘルスケア製品会社では、ビジョンマシンを使って液体薬剤に入っている粒状物質を検出していました。そして、マシンでは必要とされるレベルでの汚染物質の検出ができなくなり、人による目視検査に移行することになりました。混入する粒状物質は極めて小さいことが多く、製品品質を効果的に確認できるように社内のワークステーションに明るく均一な照明を設ける必要がありました。
