スペースが限られた場所にも問題なく設置できるWORLD-BEAM Q20センサは、ラベルが製品に貼られる前にラベルの有無を確認します。
Load Station Pallet Detection
WOLD-BEAM Q20反射センサは、パレットの有無を検出するように配置されています。所定の位置にパレットが設置されると、ロボットに積み込みを開始するよう出力信号が送信されます。
シャトルトートの位置決め
Q20 WORLD-BEAM偏光回帰反射型センサは、製品がセーフティゾーン内にあることを確認できるようにマルチシャトルのレールに取り付けられます。製品が「セーフゾーン」から外れないように正しく配置されていることを確認します。Q20センサはコスト効率が良く、存在や配置を正確に検知するのため倉庫環境に最適です。コンパクトなサイズで設置を簡単に行えるため、Q20はこのような用途に適した堅牢な製品です。Q20センサの距離範囲は最大4 mで、ノイズ耐性とクロストーク回避のセンサ機能により、オペレーターは使用前にシステムをテストすることができます。
