Interruttori di emergenza a fune che, se utilizzati con funi in acciaio, assicurano l'attivazione dell'arresto di emergenza per nastri trasportatori e macchinari di grandi dimensioni.

Comandi a fune su nastri trasportatori
Gli interruttori con comando a fune RP-LS42F di Banner sono disponibili per tutta la lunghezza del nastro trasportatore: in questo modo l'operatore può afferrare la fune e tirarla da qualsiasi punto lungo il nastro, arrestandolo immediatamente. Le funi sono disponibili in lunghezze da 6 m a 100 m, offrendo quindi la flessibilità necessaria per la protezione di nastri trasportatori più o meno lunghi. Gli interruttori RP-LS42 sono compatti e dispongono di una varietà di accessori che semplificano l'installazione e la regolazione della tensione della fune. Sono, inoltre, integrati in una custodia termoplastica antiurto che li rende compatibili con ambienti industriali complessi.
Scortecciatura di tronchi all'aperto
Nell'eventualità che si verifichi un problema o in caso di potenziale danno ai macchinari, qualunque operatore che si trovi a portata del dispositivo a fune o a tirante (fino a 75 metri) può tirare il cavo o premere il pulsante integrato per l'arresto di emergenza e bloccare il funzionamento della macchina. L'interruttore è molto solido, per cui può essere montato all'aperto anche in condizioni ostili. Fornisce una chiara indicazione visiva della tensione della fune e un'uscita ausiliaria per il monitoraggio della tensione in remoto.
