Ispezione degli elettrodi di saldatura nel settore automotive
Il sensore di colore ad alta risoluzione R55F controlla se gli elettrodi di una saldatrice rientrano nelle specifiche, per assicurare così che anche il pezzo lavorato rientri a sua volta nelle specifiche. In questa applicazione con condizioni ambientali non ottimali, il sensore di colore utilizza fibre di vetro per garantire elevati livelli di durevolezza e resistenza al calore.
Rilevamento dei tappi in un impianto di tappatura
I sensori a fibra ottica Banner R55F sono in grado di rilevare la presenza dei tappi indipendentemente dal colore o dalla dimensione degli stessi, un chiaro vantaggio in questo settore in cui i frequenti cambi nelle linee di produzione richiedono il rilevamento di numerosi tipi di tappi per bottiglie. In questo tipo di applicazione, vengono utilizzati sensori a fibra ottica per riconoscere lunghe pause tra i tappi, che verranno segnalate come intasamento agli operatori della macchina. La fibra è compatta e può essere facilmente montata in spazi ristretti e difficilmente accessibili.
