Indicatore a tre colori con contatto a pulsante indipendente, in grado di funzionare senza alimentazione al dispositivo o ai circuiti elettrici per il controllo.

Vehicle detection at loading docks is complicated because sensing solutions are exposed to the elements and need to recognize a wide variety of surfaces. Rugged ultrasonic sensors work well to accurately detect the surfaces of delivery vehicles regardless of the material. Pairing with bright LED indication creates unmistakable operator guidance.

Per cominciare, i pulsanti a sfioramento ergonomici K50 di Banner sono installati in una stazione di supervisione e numerati in base ai relativi nodi wireless PML8, installati presso postazioni di lavoro individuali con una torretta luminosa sonora.

Verifica e segnalazione del riempimento di sacchi
Per una corretta identificazione e gestione visiva del processo, viene utilizzato un sensore che si attiva quando il sacco è pieno, inviando un segnale al pulsante K50 a sfioramento, che si accende con luce rossa, a indicare che il sacco è pieno. Il dispositivo K50 a sfioramento indica visivamente all'operatore che il sacco è pieno e deve essere rimosso e sostituito con uno vuoto. Per segnalare che il sacco è pronto per ricevere altre confezioni, l'operatore preme il pulsante ergonomico K50 a sfioramento riaccendendo la luce verde.

Indicazione di arresto di emergenza
