Flächenleuchten
Flächenleuchten erzeugen eine gleichmäßige Ausleuchtung in einem konzentrierten Bereich. Gut platzierte Flächenleuchten können Schatten und helle Stellen erzeugen und somit dem Bildsensor ermöglichen, die Anwesenheit oder Abwesenheit von bestimmten Merkmalen zu erkennen.
- Erzeugung von Schatten zur Erkennung von Abweichungen in der Objekttiefe
- Beleuchtung spezieller Oberflächenwinkel
- Kein Blendlicht von reflektierenden Oberflächen, wenn die Leuchte von der Linse weg gerichtet ist
- Gute Beleuchtung bei Entfernungen über 30 cm
- In Größen von 62 x 62 mm, 70 x 70 mm oder 80 x 80 mm mit 24-V-DC-Betriebsspannung erhältlich
- Ausführungen mit Infrarot- oder sichtbaren roten, weißen, blauen oder grünen Lampen verfügbar, UV 365 (nm), UV 395 (nm)
- Ausführungen mit Dauer- oder Impulsbetrieb
- Nutzungsdauer von 10.000 bis 60.000 Stunden, je nach Ausführung
- Versiegelte und Hochintensitätsausführungen erhältlich

Farbinspektion von Ausgüssen
Ein PresencePLUS P4 COLOR OMNI Bildsensor prüft Ausgüsse, die in Reinigungsmittelflaschen eingesetzt wurden. Die Sensoren prüfen, ob der Ausguss präsent und vollständig eingesetzt ist. Außerdem prüfen sie, ob die Farbe von Ausguss und Flasche übereinstimmt. Ein Spezialwinkel positioniert die Flächenleuchte in einem Winkel, der Kontrast und Farbsichtbarkeit maximiert.
Inspektion von Kfz-Sicherungskästen
Ein PresencePLUS COLOR Pro Bildsensor prüft farbcodierte Sicherungen in einem Sicherungskasten auf ihre korrekte Position.
Teilfüllungserkennung bei Kunststoffspritzguss
Der hochauflösende PresencePLUS P4 OMNI 1.3, der über einer Produktionsstraße montiert ist, inspiziert Lenkradkomponenten, nachdem sie gegossen wurden. Der P4 OMNI sucht nach Bereichen mit überschüssigem oder zu wenig Material.
Deckel- und Füllstandsinspektionen
Während Glasflaschen über ein Hochgeschwindigkeitsfließband befördert werden, überprüft ein PresencePLUS P4 COLOR OMNI, ob jede Flasche vollständig gefüllt ist und ob der Stopfen vollständig eingesetzt wurde und die richtige Farbe hat. Die beiden Flächenleuchten sorgen für optimalen Kontrast bei der Inspektion.
