SGS Sicherheitsgittersysteme sind kostengünstige mehrstrahlige Sicherheits-Lichtvorrichtungen für Zugangsanwendungen und Umgebungsschutzeinrichtungen mit hoher Reichweite. Sie sind in Sender/Empfänger-Ausführung erhältlich und bieten die Möglichkeit des Schutzes über sehr große Entfernungen. Aktiv/Passiv-Ausführungen sind einfach bereitzustellen und bieten zusätzliche Kosteneinsparungen.

  • Ausführungen mit integriertem Muting für den Zutritt/Austritt zu/von Förderanlagen oder Palettierzellen erhältlich.
  • Hochbelastbares Aluminiumgehäuse für raue Umgebungen
  • Einfache Ausrichtung und Installation mit den Ausrichtungskontrolllampen und -anzeigen am Bedienfeld.
  • Schutzhöhen von 500, 800, 900 oder 1200 mm erhältlich
  • Bis zu 60 Meter Reichweite erhältlich für Umgebungsschutzanwendungen
  • Muting-Arm-Kits erhältlich zur Vereinfachung von Verpackungsanwendungen am Ende der Produktionsstraße

Überwachung einer Schutztür mit Scharnier-Verriegelungsschalter

Ein Wagen fährt an einem Förderband entlang in einen Gefahrenbereich hinein, der von einem EZ-SCREEN Mehrstrahl-System geschützt wird. Wenn sich der Wagen dem Gefahrenbereich nähert, wird der EZ-SCREEN vorübergehend gemutet, damit der Wagen ohne Anhalten des Förderbands in den Gefahrenbereich hineinfahren kann. Solange das Mehrstrahl-System gemutet ist, besteht das Risiko, dass ein Arbeiter den Gefahrenbereich zu betreten versucht, während die Anfahrschutzeinrichtung verriegelt ist. Der Arbeiter könnte hierdurch in eine Gefahrensituation gelangen und von dem sich bewegenden Wagen angefahren werden.

The new SGS Safety Grid with muting arm bar kit protects the dangerous robotic machinery while allowing boxes to pass through the Grids without stopping production. The muting arms can recognize if anything other than a box passes through the Grids and will trigger a machine stop on the palletizer.
