Sure Cross® MultiHop Serial Data Radios are compact industrial, low-power wireless communication devices used to extend the range of serial communication networks.
- Available in two frequencies, 900 MHz and 2.4 GHz
- DIP switches select operational modes: master, repeater or slave
- No software required for deployment
- Serial communication style (RS-232 or RS-485) is user-selectable on DX80 housing models

Gravity Irrigation with Pump and Flow Control
Das Gateway als Funknetzwerkkontroller überwacht den Wasserstand im Wassertank. Wenn der Wasserstand sinkt, schaltet ein bei den Reservoirpumpen installierter Funkknoten die Pumpen anhand seiner Ausgänge ein oder aus. Eine Reihe von Funkknoten überwacht, wie viel Wasser in jede Obstplantage strömt. Ein mit dem Gateway verbundenes 1-Watt-Datenfunksystem übermittelt die Daten an ein Mobilgerät oder an eine Steuerzentrale zur Datenverarbeitung und Abrechnung.
